How to cancel a postage label bought from eBay’s Simple Delivery.

Need help to cancel an Evri postage label from eBay’s Simple Delivery. Buyer prefers Royal Mail 😕

I tried to cancel by clicking the Action - Cancel Label, but not successful 😞

SD labels cannot be cancelled.   You have to cancel the transaction (via the dropdown arrow for item on your orders page - a refund will be issued) and relist with RM postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.

You can opt out of Evri via My eBay > Account tab > Selling > Postage Preferences > Simple Delivery > Courier Options > Edit.   Or here's a direct link:

Thanks for the info but oh dear this means I am out of £2.94. I already sent the item to the buyer via Royal Mail. Too late to cancel transaction and relist for buyer to buy and pay again 😞
