How do you get paid?

So iv sold a cars wiring harness it's too big for the pre paid postage so I'm having to send with dpd that's now costing me extra which is what it is but how will I get the original payment if I never post that pre paid parcel? Says I get paid after delivery

Change the tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.   But even without doing that the payment will be released after 14 days.

If you haven't sent it yet you could ask the buyer to agree to cancel transaction and then relist with correct postage for them to buy again.   If it's too big for Simple Delivery you can opt out and choose your own.   If you have problems doing that follow the advice on here:
