How do I raise a combined invoice for 44 items?

I may hopefully have to raise a combined invoice to a buyer for 44 small value items which can all easily be sent in one large envelope.

I believe the ebay invoicing system only allows 40 items as a maximum number per invoice.

How do I raise an invoice for the further four items? 

Any help will be appreciated.

Simply send a combined invoice for the 40 allowing for the P&P for all 44.....then send a second combined invoice for the last 4 setting the P&P to ZERO
