Yep that is correct, currently, and no one knows if this is going to be permanent or can be fixed, combining postage is not possible.
eBay suggest buyers buy all items, and then the seller makes a partial refund for the excess postage paid.
Not ideal, I know.
Some members have started putting a note on their items, stating anyone wishing to buy multiple items to let them know first, the items will be delisted, and relisted as one listing, therefore one postage cost.
