Presumably the seller is a business seller, in which case they are required to accept returns,f or any reason. This will be stated in their returns policy.
However, you will be responsible for the cost of return - unless the tape arrive later than the latest estimated delivery date? If so, you are entitled to treat it as not as described and open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, with the seller being required to send you a prepaid return label (if the item was located in the UK).

What was the last estimated date of delivery on both items?
it seems a bit harsh returning both items you only ordered a week ago ( well the first item you mention a date) if the seller had for example a 2 day dispatch time and sent the item tracked 48 for example, in theory the earliest they would have been with you could be Thursday/Friday. You don’t know if the item was delayed in transit?
I presume you sourced the tape elsewhere as you don’t have any if returning both, Which begs the question why order it from this seller in the first place?
depending on my first question theoretically it’s a remourse return and you should cover postage costs for the return.

Open an eBay return for each order and select the 'change of mind' option, you can use the blue 'Start a return' button on this eBay guidance page:

You are speaking to members here like yourself not to eBay so Vyolla cannot send you any label.
However, this return, if it's for a ' change of mind reason' , if it arrived before it's estimated date for delivery (did it?) then you have to pay for that tracked return postage to receive a refund.
We are presuming here that this is a UK business seller in which case they have to accept a return for this reason, but again you do need to pay for that tracked return postage.

Aaah please no apologies necessary at all!
You are not speaking to anyone from eBay here, and you don't need to apologise there either ! We are members here just like yourself, volunteering too help other members with queries and issues on eBay.
If it's a business seller you can return it, but you would have to weigh up the cost of postage you will need to pay for the return, against the item's value. It may not be worth returning ?

As advised, open an eBay return for each order and select the 'change of mind' option, you can use the blue 'Start a return' button on this eBay guidance page:
You'll then be given the sellers address to return the item to.
You'll need to organise your own label.
