Hiya, why am I getting multiple attempts from blocked bidders, + 2 bid attempts from 1970 members !

Hiya, I am getting pages and pages of blocked bids, on my "buyer requirements activity log", there can be 20 or 30 attempts from the same bidder, and some from two members who have been on ebay since Jan 1st 1970, (I guess its a glitch...!)   See image

Most of the failed attempts seem to be from overseas, "Buyers in countries to which I don't Post" and a few "Too many unpaid strikes"  

Anyone got any ideas why so many multiple attempts and why the bidder would keep trying ...?

I think this is not unusual and is certainly not anything to worry about - maybe those people just don't understand why their bid keeps getting rejected.

I have attanched a screenshot from my buyer requirements log so you can see that it happens to me as well, and probably everybody.

Thanks for the quick reply...!   Some times the ones under "Buyers in countries to which I don't Post" are in England.  As for the 1970 Members, well anyone's guess... lol
