Help can’t reinstate my account

Had a message they’ve restricted my account and to go to help and contact but when I go there they say check messages and there is no other way to get any further

You can check your ebay messages and also your emails.

Make sure this is not a fake message,and is definitely  from ebay. The link below will direct you to spoof email to get the message checked

Account appears to not have been used for more than a year and details are probably out of date and need updating  using these links before listing/selling again >

Also try adding a Bank Card # to your Managed Payments setup in order to send and receive  payments ?
