Some of your items were sold before the zero fees for Private sellers came in. Did you have any non payers for item sold before October 1st? If you did not cancel the order citing Buyer Has Not Paid, then seller fees would have been charged.
If you add any of the following optional listing upgades they all come with a non refundable listing fee payable sale or no sale and charged the second the item goes live.
Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)
Subtitles: £2
Listing in 2 catagories: 35p
Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)
Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p
If a vehicle was listed in the past and did, or did not sell that listing fee is charged the second the item goes live and again, as with all listing fees, payable sale or no sale.
This will show you a breakdown of the fees charged on your sales.

Look in Payments when in 'Seller Hub' for a breakdown of receipts and costs.
My guess would be that it is connected to one of the negatives you received and is probably a refund to your buyer.
You have access to your account, other members don't.

An educated guess is that eBay had to force a refund when you did not refund.
