I placed an order today but for some reason I purchased as a guest. I have an email confirmation but I have no way to cancel the order (I need to do this as the delivery address needs to change). All the links in the confirmation email - order status and track order - come up with an error message saying order not found. The seller also cannot find my order and has suggested I cancel the order and money has been taken from my account now for the purchase. There is no mechanism for me to cancel the order. Does anybody know what I can do to cancel the order or get the links to work in the email, at the very least?
