Got negative feedback for item price but ebay won't remove negative feedback

I requested removal for unreasonable feedback.

The negative feedback is all about the price and acting like I forced them to buy the item which is nonsense.

I sent the item on the day they bought it and the item is perfect however my the negative feedback was not removed as they said:

"After carefully reviewing your request, we found that this feedback is not eligible for removal.

We reviewed the feedback, and can see that the buyer found that the item wasn't as described in the listing

For this reason, the feedback was not removed. Just so you know, this feedback will not impact your seller performance level."

I am confused because the item was sent out pefect and the descrition matched the item perfectly.

In the end the buyer was just bitter about the price and angry I rejected offer. I did raise the buy it now price because I noticed it was worth much more.

Is there anything I can do about this?

I don't think you can do anything else.

Ebay have refused to remove it.

Your response is polite and measured and would not put me off buying from you.

Hopefully you have blocked the buyer.

Nothing in feedback that ebay will remove.

Buyer was angry you refused offers and then increased price,

So sorry, I agree with buyer and ebay did as well.

If item was worth more than originally listed, you should have started at that price.
