Hi all, hope you can help I ordered goods in February and 55 was given a delivery date of 18/19Feb, no tracking number available. After 2 weeks I politely messaged the business seller who was out of office for 1 week. When he came back he said he would try find tracking number but give it another 2 weeks before contacting him again. I waited until the time period, no order and again I messaged the seller who again was on holiday. After his return he said he would send out a replacement, this never arrived. 1 week after that I chased him again and he said to take it up with ebay. Ebay contacted me last Friday and said the time had lapsed for refund and they couldn't do anything! I am livid as it was just under £28 and I followed requests from seller in good faith. They have advised me to contact CAB and in future contact them 2 days after non delivery of items. I think this is a cop out and having had a look at the reviews of this business he has done it to a lot of people, taking their money and not delivering the goods, then having a lovely holiday at our expense! Why hasn't Ebay shut him down? I have now had to contact my bank in hope of refund through Visa. Sorry about the long rant but just wanted to know if anyone else had similiar situation.
