Global shippiong program ebay errror

I sold an item and she can't pay because she keeps getting messages from ebay that i don't send to Spain! Not only was this on GSP, but we cancelled the sale and i put a brand new listing on (not a relist) and triple checked GSP was available and the same thing happened! I shipped to Europe and America only last week, I'm an above average seller with no restricted countries, I can't find any way to change anything after the sale and tried many different questions on the so called automated assistant to no avail, I've been on here 28 years!

There appears to be no mention of GPS, and you certainly have not added cost of shipping doing it yourself, which would prevent payment.

Have you followed all requirements - When you're listing an item, simply select Send it to the UK Shipping Centre, and the rest will be taken care of for you in the International postage section.

There is an ebay glitch with GSP, 

Ebay are working on it.
