Global Shipping not working

Ive sold an item which has GSP enabled but the buyer seems to be having trouble selecting a shipping option. When i view their messages on the item im told - 'The current postage service can't post this item due to programme restrictions.'

Item is just a book and weighs under 2kg, so i dont see what the issue it. UK to Iceland if that matters. 

It also wont let me add a new delivery option to a sold listing. And i cant send a shipping invoice because its being 'handled by eBay.' 

Anybody have this issue?

To offer the buyer direct postage to Iceland you'd have to cancel the current transaction.   Then opt out of eBay's Global Shipping here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf

And relist with direct overseas postage for them to buy again.   

If you use Royal Mail you can look up the price on their website.   You'll need Europe Zone 3.
