Global Shipping Programme selected but not visible

Hi I have item number 146348016981, I have selected to use international shipping via the eBay Global Shipping Programme but it doesn't appear to be showing on the actual item . My other items are giving the option to post internationally to buyers and the buyers can see that. Why is this?

I can't see item with that number.

Looking at your live listings, some them won't qualify for GSP due to size.

I doubt RM will accept either for special delivery.

Suggest you check T&C's to make sure.
