Gift card scammers

I recently sold a gift card but had 2 seperate people contact  me (not the buyer) saying they had paid for the gift card and to advise pin number and code via email. Obviously I ignored them, however,

I want to report them but cannot find out where i can do this?

You can't report them as they were never actually buyers.

Gift cards are risky, your actual buyer can use the card and still get a refund through abuse of the money back guarantee.

Gift cards are often bought with a stolen credit card that then results in a chargeback, meaning that the seller has to refund and pay the £16.80 admin fee.
