Getting paid for my items

Hi

I know eBay change the way sellers like myself get paid. So to counter this - Every item I sell I follow up with a message to the buyer asking them to leave me feedback once they receive the item and are happy with it.

Therefore confirming they’ve received the item. Most of my items I send second class as standard as it’s not worth the buyer paying for tracked shipping as that’s usually more than the item itself.

Now eBay are holding onto my funds that have been marked as received and the buyers are happy with - I even have one I sent via evri as was cheapest option, item was delivered on the 13th and I am still waiting to get paid for this item.

I jumped on a live chat and they said I’d get paid for the item but I haven’t. Can anyone advise?

Thank you in advance

Ebay's new payment rules are simple:

You will be paid 48 hours after tracking shows delivery.  Items can be shown as delivered; they don't show as 'received' and feedback does not count as proof of delivery (but see below)

No tracking, or tracking not updated, you will be paid 14 days after the transaction date

Before the end of February, for items costing under £10, payment will be released 24 hours after you receive positive feedback.
