Item (Football hat) listed on Simple Delivery to UK; GSP open for international buys. Ordered from Australia but GSP appears not to be working or will not send to Australia. I'll send anywhere! His eBay agent advises I can send an invoice with postage costs to Australia BUT, as listed under Simple Delivery (no choice), sellers cannot send invoices as eBay responsible for all postage issues. I've used the Exempts link to ensure buyer  is not blocked. SO we're both stuck - he wants to pay/I want to send by GSP - HELP! Any advice appreciated.

I cannot see any football hat listed using GSP. Therefore to post to Australia you need to add postage cost to Australia to listing. Until this is done buyer cannot buy because they cannot pay.

Simple Delivery should not come into posting direct to Australia.
