Funds still on hold

Item was sold 11 days ago,

dispatched next day,

buyer has left positive feedback about 7 days ago,

Funds showing “on hold awaiting delivery”.
What do I do next to find out why my funds are delayed?

Unless you have tracking to prove delivery you will have to wait 14 days.

Feedback will only get items under up to £10 released after two days, but not sure if this has started yet.

You did not have tracking and the two days after feedback would not have applied at that time.

The new ebay Buyer protection for buyers means sellers need to post items out using  tracked postage and when delivered the payment is released after 2 days

No tracking for posted items then you wait 14 days for payment.

If you sell low value items with a total order of £10 or under you don't need tracking  payment can be released after 2 days  of  buyer leaving  feedback.

At the moment the ebay sites tracking is not working as it should to show delivery and ebay are aware of the issue

Firstly, thanks you all for your replies.

The item concerned was under £10 and as such was sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class using label purchased from Ebay. As I am not an experienced seller, I assumed that the tracking number provided to the buyer at that time would have some link with the ebay tracking facility. It shows "Running behind" this tracking facility is to the standard I would expect.
