Funds on hold due item sent by a different courier

Hi Folks,

I've sold an item, but due to the pre-paid eBay shipper not being able to deliver when the buyer would be at home between us we arranged a different shipper.

The item has now been delivered, and she has left a glowing feedback,  but now the buyer does not have delivered code to give me to release the funds that are on hold.

What can I do?

Did you upload the tracking to the item in the seller hub?

Also check your seller hub it will tell you when your hold or monies will be released. Generally its three days after delivery.

Hi,

Yes the monies are in there, and on hold, but because I don't have evidence of delivery through eBay I can't see a way of getting around this.🤔 

I do have a UPS proof of delivery, but how can I get that into the system as proof of delivery?

Did not fix.  Ended up reprinting label and sending dummy box to trigger receipt process 😞

Well I hope it does not get lost, as buyer could claim a full refund.

Nope, it arrived ok. We have spoken on the phone and she has left good feedback on my account
