Final price higher than my bid

I won an item but the final price was more than my bid. It says the buyers ptotection is included in price. Can't find a proper contact to find out just a stupid bot that doesn't resolve my query😩

It would help to see what you won, to explain if possible why the price you won at was higher than your bid. Give item number.
