If it was the neutral you left and you want to change to positive, seller needs to send you feedback revision request. 

Any other, you can add a following up comment.

If they don't know how tell them to go to Site Map at the very bottom of any My eBay page, scroll down past the categories, to Feedback > Request Feedback Revision.
