Feedback Total keeps changing!

Hello ,

This problem has been happening for a few weeks now . Every time I go back a page, the actual font on the page changes and my feedback total is less than it should be.  If I then go forward, it reverts to the original font and the feedback total is correct.  It is making me a little paranoid  thinking maybe someone has overlaid a duplicate account ?

I hope some kind soul can put my mind at rest or offer a solution as I think the automated assistant has left the building.

Can you post screenshots of when you go back a page and one of when you go forward, as I'm not quite sure what you mean here, but it may be something to do with the device you're using.

Whatever it is, it's not an overlay.

Hello and thank you for replying.

I cannot take a screenshot I'm afraid (have tried but no success)  but I will try to explain clearer.....

On the opening page after sign in where it says Hi Sharon, feedback shows a total, in my case it should be 1132. When I go back or forward a page, the font on Hi Sharon changes completely  and the feedback total is 1124.

I have only experienced this problem in the last few weeks. All caches cleared, software and browser up to date so am completeley baffled.

Would appreciate your advice.

You've flipped your feedback profile to private so I can't see what figure is showing there when I look at it. 

I don't know why it's showing as one number on your landing page and another elsewhere, but can't see it posing any kind of problem.

Hello, I didnt know it was private! Can you advise how to unflip it please?
