I have recently bought two different items from two different sellers. Ebay has since contacted me to say that both items have been recalled due to safety concerns. Both sellers have had these items removed from their pages. Both the sellers are saying that they will not refund me - one says the 30 day refund period is up and the other disagrees with the safety concerns. What can I do?
