FNAF Advent calendar arrived and it was fake

Hi. I brought a FNAF Advent calendar and it turned out to be fake. In the listing there was a photo of the calendar which was a funko calendar. It said UK seller but took time to arrive. Anyways my son opened 6 doors (as it came today) and the calendar is fake. He had been watching lots of unboxing videos so we knew what was coming (kids today). The items in his calendar were rubber , and just random. The seller is saying "how is the item you recieved different to the picture " well it isn't its the contents inside which weren't pictured. I have asked them to tell me if they are willing to refund me but  they havent responded any further. I dont know how to get ebay to "step in" I can't find a button. I paid via PayPal. Shall I go there. But not sure they will if the seller doesn't respond.
