Well third day and still my son can't post his parcel at the evri parcel drop off shop because they still haven't got the paper !!!!!! He doesn't want for one minute to have to get the buyer to cancel the order ,not at all,and he doesn't want to have to print out a royal mail label and send the parcel that way and then ask the buyer for the money back as ebay CS suggested on Tues  . How very unproffessional this all become , my son can't drive so can't get to another parcel shop miles away, and before anyone says get a taxi he isn't going to even think about it .He is trying to make money and SD has  stuffed it right up 100%.He could have just used RM like before all this ,taken parcel to PO and it would have been delivered by RM no problem

Trouble with not being accepted by Evri is that your son could get a late dispatch defect.

Did buyer buy the postage label, if so whether they can cancel it and pay your son RM postage, There is no way through ebay for paying anything extra, and buyer is not boing to think it is his problem.

In future can your son not avoid using evri, on the “simple” postage and only offer Royal Mail, not giving buyers any choice.

Whoever dreamt up this complicated system, obviously does not know what simple means.

My son could probably avoid evri if he opted for free postage but then he would have to pay for the label himself so hits profits . He doesn't like the thought of having to ask the buyer for the cost of another Label ,some people can be understanding and others not so . Ebay forced this mess on us so they should pull the plug on SD until they have it 100% ready .
