Evri parcel not collected from Evri store

Hi. New to selling on ebay. I am the seller. I sold an item on wed 8th jan and the buyer purchased an Evri label. I downloaded Evri QR code and took it to Evri drop off point where the code was scanned, label printed attached to parcel, and I got a receipt. Ebay shows the parcel has been dropped off, but, as of today 14th Jan, the tracking shows the parcel hasn't been picked up from store. I can't contact buyer to let them know, and, I can't find the relevant help option for contacting ebay. What happens now? Is the parcel lost? Could it still be delivered to buyer? If it is, how do funds get released to me. Any other advice gratefully received. Thank you.

It is possible item will still be delivered, so don't chase buyer.

If they open not received case, unless you can prove delivery, you have to refund them and claim from Evri or packlink if bought through ebay.

Thank you for the reply. That's helpful. The funds are still with Ebay so
assume Ebay will return to buyer. As for me claiming for the (potentially)
lost parcel, are the links for claiming easy to find? I've not sold on Ebay
and am finding navigating the site and finding information very challenging

If bought via ebay, otherwise Evri website if bought direct.

Thank you. Ebay emailed me the evri QR code. In the email it states
"standard tracked delivery via evri by packlink" so I'm assuming it's Ebay
I contact.

You claim from packlink, not actually ebay.

Thank you. Do you mind telling me where to find the link on packlink as I
can only find links for buying labels or changing delivery. Sorry for all
the questions.
