Evri not collecting from locker

I sent two packages by an Evri locker . After now 14 days it is still showing in locker . I have tried the automated system. Still no replies email or phone. Also the locker is no longer showing on their website. Packlink has raised a dispute. But if yet nothing much happened. The customer quite rightly has requested a refund. Do I refund the customer now ? If Evri find the parcel do they send it to the customer ? And would I get money back from Evri if this happens. I’m at a loss what to do.
