Evri delivered to wrong address

Hi

I've had a seller open a case because they haven't received their parcel. Evri tracking shows it was delivered, including photo evidence. However, the buyer says the door/letterbox in the photo isn't theirs.

I don't really want to issue a refund as this is evri not doing their job properly.

If your tracking shows delivery , photos play no part with eBay,  to the name and address on the delivery order,  entering those tracking numbers into any case the buyer opens should close the case in your favour.

If Simple Delivery was used,  an item not received,  then eBay will refund the buyer,  and you get to keep the payout.
