Editing address on MasterCard details

I have been trying to add my new home address to my MasterCard account ( on the eBay phone app) with no luck rang eBay and was advised to delete MasterCard and reload with new address etc done this and all i get is a red box message saying " unable to verify details " has anyone encountered this ? Thanks Paul

I'm sorry for the late reply here,  I've just seen your question was unanswered.

Hopefully,  you have solved the issue,  but if not,  many things are just not available to manage on the eBay app,  and you'll need  a PC / laptop to do this change.

Chrome also works best with eBay.

Hi thanks for reply I have contacted eBay and it has been transferred to there IT department
that was Thursday Morning hopefully hear soon
