Ebay withheld payment as no qr code or pin was generated…

I bought a piece of furniture and arranged for it to be collected by parcelforce today. All has gone well and it was collected on time and I have confirmation. The problem is the payment to the seller has been suspended due to no qr or PIN codes being generated. How can I resolve this, so the seller can be paid?

With no code being used on collection your seller will have to wait the mandatory 21 days (I think) for the funds to be paid into their bank account.
