Ebay removed my listing

Ebay removed my listing because they said i am violating their policy rules by listing a fake or counterfeit item. But they should know i bought this item from ebay, and am reselling it back on my listing,as the boy i had bought it for as a xmas gift is not into Pikachu anymore. So the item is still new and not opened. I checked the business seller i had bought the item from and they are still selling it, also theres quite a few other sellers selling this bundle of 144 pieces of pikachu figures. So i cant understand why my listing was removed and not theirs. I am well aware these figures wouldnt be the real ones for the price i paid, but i did copy word for word the sellers listing when i relisted the bundle back for sale

That is why the listing was removed - Ebay don't allow the sale of fakes or counterfeits.

If the brand owner or another member reports a listing, it will be removed.  Possibly nobody has reported the other listings yet.

It makes no difference where you bought it. You knew that it was a fake, and should not have resold it here. eBay doesn't allow the sale of counterfeits.

You were reported, and the listing was reported and moved. End of story.

There are so many millions of items for sale on eBay that there will always be some sellers who've escaped being reported. It's like being caught for speeding. Would you seriouly think it was an excuse that other drivers haven't been caught for the same thing?
