Ebay discount coupons added to my listing

Hi.  I've got an item listed and reduced the price today only to see Ebay has added a discount coupon to my listing.  In effect someone can now buy my item for almost £20 less than I am asking for.  I haven't authorised this coupon and don't know how to remove it.

Can anyone advise why this has been done and what I can do about it other than removing my item to prevent selling it at a price I've not agreed?
