Ebay credit balance

I have received a message from Ebay (actually on the site, inbox) to say I am in credit as of the 10/11/25 but if I do not take action before 12/09/25 date which has already passed then I will have to contact them for it to be refunded to my bank account. I cant find a credit balance anywhere on my Ebay account. It can't be a scam as its messages on my actual Ebay account

I have followed yiur link but there is no blue box with an arrow, just add a card

You need to add a card/bank account to receive any payments.
