Ebay buyer

Hi i would just like to ask what can in this situation. The buyer who has purchased my ebay listing has not read the description and is threating me with complaints and more. He is clearly in the wrong but isn't giving up. I keep having these type of people and i cannot refund them as my refunds are turned off for these type of sales as i can get scammed myself if i keep them on. Anyone know what to do??

When a buyer opens a "not as described" return it is best to agree to it.   Wait to get the item back and then issue a refund via the return case.   If you try to refuse ebay could force the refund without you getting the item back.   It can also damage your account.

You are selling digital items which are only allowed in certain circumstances and have to be listed accordingly.

The gaming accounts you are listing are not allowed on eBay nor does Epic Games allow the sale of Fortnite accounts.

Any buyer who opens a case for iem not as described or not received will win and get a full refund and as there is no physical item there is nothing to be returned
