Ebay Return Label

The Ebay Return label is inadequate for the size of the return package. The post office will not accept the item as they say it is too large. can ebay provide 1 of 2 labels for the single return or can i send it vai my courier of choise and upload the tracking number

You need to contact eBay Customer Services to help you here with providing the correct label and charging it to the seller's account , if this is a case for item not as described.
