EBay payments

Just thought I would write a message to say that has anyone else gad same problem. I sell golf clubs golf bags so on to post any club or golf bag it’s £13-£22 or depending on weight I sometimes sell 15 to 20 items in a week which works out roughly for arguments sake £300. I have to post asap or eBay are on you and they hold the money for item until the buyer has received it tracking number has to be sent in posting item which is not a problem but the thing this  they also hold the postage  money finding £300 to post items and then have to wait tell the buyer is happy I think is unfair and eBay should not hold postage money it puts sellers in an unfair position and what if i didn’t have the £300 to post what happens then. Maybe it’s just me but I think it is a bad idea from eBay thanks

You are a PRIVATE seller with a turnover of £300 a week, £15000 a year, and have not got enough money to fund postage!

When ebay catches up with you and require you to register as a business seller to sell legally, you will find you probably get paid faster and the irritating buyer fees will not apply.

Hi I don’t sell £300 a week I sell that probably in a three week period and I have given the eBay team my national insurance number as they ask me for it I am more than happy to go business with eBay.  it’s not that I don’t have money for postage it’s the fact that eBay hold it but I’m used to it now and I am happy with that thanks
