Frequently when I list new items, eBay ‘forgets’ the listing title and reverts to the title in my saved Template. Most details are saved in this Template (Xbox games) so I just enter a few item specifics then SAVE for later (I no longer trust ebay to post immediately). Often the listing title is not saved so it’s just titled ‘Xbox One or Series X game’.
This used to happen rarely - maybe once every 30 listings, but now it happens so often that I have to COPY the listing title after typing so that I can just PASTE it back in again when it fails to save and I have to retry. This can happen half a dozen times or more on the same listing before it finally works!
Sometimes it will even revert to the Template title after I enter other details.
It’s just taken me over an hour to list 9 new items. 😡
Customer Services have been made aware and have failed to come up with an explanation.
Anyone else suffering this, or has found a solution, or is it just yet another case of eBay’s increasing cr@pness?
