Different prices for identical items !?! IS THIS LEGAL?

I've been a member of eBay since 2005, but never seen this before.....

These two universal items are identical, but 2 different prices from the SAME SELLER just for accepting Klarna. Is this legal?

eBay item num 265923960125 - £33.34

eBay item num 134268923645 - £41.66 (payment by Klarna accepted)

Note the MPN numbers are different, but they are made up! I used to work in Automotive for 25 years

Headlines are slightly different format to throw off detection, but their listing number #63 is the same

The vehicle fitment, description and photo is the same as they are universal products

They are the same identical product with 2 different prices for with Klarna and without Klarna

That's very odd as the seller has no control over the payment methods offered but shouldn't have listed the exact same item on different listings, regardless.

You pay ebay, not the seller.

You might want to ask ebay why the price is different.

Most of their items are listed twice with different prices
