I ordered 2 items form the same company and they only sent 1 item and i never got the other one!! they was cleaver and but the same tracking number on the both items so it would show as delivered!! but only had 1 item!! how do i get my money back!!!
You need to make a claim for item not as described, i.e you bought two and got one. You will need to send the one you got, back.
