I have noticed that in orders, the delivery time is recorded as when the buyer collects the item from the locker / parcelshop, not when the item arrives. I have had several occasions where the item arrives within the delivery timeframe, then the buyer leaves it for days to collect it after the delivery deadline. In the meantime, eBay says that the parcel is running behind. Does this count against sellers in the statistics?
