Defective seeds (3 different packs, same seller) received but I obviously can’t return them

I purchased 3 different packs of vegetable seeds from the same seller, not a single one from any pack have germinated, I grow these plants every year so know what I’m doing. I have contacted seller but they are ignoring the issue, understandably I require a refund as they have sold me a defective items but I obviously cant return as they were all sewn

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days from buying,

So obviously too late.

This is between you and seller.

We often hear similar complaints about seeds as it takes longer than 30 days to find out.
