Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday, I returned a car video camera to the seller because it was a second-hand item with a weak battery.

I paid £5.44 at the post office for the return delivery, but the package could not be delivered as there was nobody available at the seller’s address to receive it.

I have sent the seller a message asking them to collect the package tomorrow. If they do not collect it, I respectfully request that you refund my money. I would also appreciate it if you could contact the seller regarding my refund.

Additionally, I request that you take appropriate action against this seller.
