Damaged Item

Hi,

I received damaged item and I am unable to get through to the buyer, this item was required for a birthday party and we need to decide whether we should buy another or the seller will send replacement. For the return their page says buyer needs to pay but this is heavy furniture item which I can not afford to pay to send back, this is not good amazon is much better and the seller is non responsive. Not happy at all.

You only need to pay for postage/courier for a "change of mind" return.    When the item is not as described, for whatever reason, the seller has to pay the cost of return.    Go for a refund and then you know where you stand.

select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days to get your money back.
