Buyer says he can’t purchase because of fish Cutlery (knives and forks) advertised by me as Fish Cutlery and post via Royal Mail tracked 48 with age verification. Why can he not buy ?

He needs to add a credit card to his ebay account to prove he is over 18. 

I believe this is the same with all platforms selling knives. even though we might think it a bit OTT for fish knives.
