Cork Ireland postage !!

Hi there, I’m looking for some advice , I sold an item through eBay . The buyer was from cork . I was not aware that the cost of selling an item to cork recorded was so expensive . As there was problems in the beginning about the invoice not going through - I think again this was because the buyer was from Ireland and it needed updating I asked the buyer to pay the amount straight to my pay pal . I’ve now discovered the postage is more than the whole sale plus more . So I have refunded the buyer first giving them opportunity to continue they insist that I send economy but this something I do not do due to people claiming items go missing .
Seller is now saying they will leave appropriate feedback and also sounds quite bullying . I’ve checked other feedback and this has happened before . What can I do ?

you made a mistake and should have honoured it,

you gave the buyer a negative experience,

they have every right to leave negative feedback.
