i recently purchased a bag and after a wait of around 4 weeks an item came through the post, unfortunatley it was a combat vest, WRONG ITEM i had ordered a bag (Holdall)
after contacting the seller they offered me a refund or the chance to re-send the bag i had purchased.... 6 weeks later NO BAG Again contacted the seller their response was to offer the refund which i gladly accepted ..1 WEEK LATER NO REFUND they say they have issued me the refund but No refund Either in my paypal account or credit card account
i did open a case but it was closed by e-bay 30 days ago.....WHAT CAN I DO ...any advice would be very welcome.
