Complaint against EVRI

On Monday, a buyer bought an item from me and although eBay decides who the courier will be and I pay for it, that's not the point. The point is, I organised a collected from EVRI for collection yesterday, Tuesday. The courier delivered a parcel to me but didn't take my parcel. I went on EVRI this morning to complain and went on chat. She took details and said sorry but then promptly put me onto a survey, so I don't know if the parcel will be collected today or not.

You can, of course, opt out of using Evri and only send with Royal Mail as lots of sellers do.

As you booked your own collection with Evri and didn't use eBay simple delivery we are unable to offer any help, here's hoping they do collect from you later today.

Day three and EVRI still has collected the parcel from me. i have been onto them again this morning and complained and was told it will be collected from me by 1pm today. We will see. I need a collection from me when selling as I am unable to get out and this is why I organise EVRI's collection service. The buyer is understanding of the situation.
