Combining 2 "Buy It Now" purchases onto a single invoice

Hi,

I have had a buyer purchase two items from me at Fixed Price (£4.95 each) for which they've already paid; the purchases were made one hour apart.

What I'm trying to figure out is if there is a way for me to combine these two items onto a single invoice that I can print and place inside the package?

My only option appears to be to print the two invoices, each for a single item, individually? That doesn't work, because the printer-friendly version of the invoice doesn't show the variation and so apart from the actual item number, there is nothing to distinguish between the two items.

I've tried to click the two items and select "Print Postage" but it still only shows one item.

This isn't about combining postage, since both items have free P&P, but more so that a single invoice shows two rows for both items sold to the same buyer.

Any help much appreciated.
