Collection

I have sold two items to the same person collection only but since Wednesday last week when I sold them I haven’t been able to contact the buyer.  I’ve left messages and eventually my mobile number but still haven’t heard anything at all from them.  What should I do now?  Thank you.

Re: Collection

You could email them and say you need it collected by a certain date. If they don't reply or don't collect by then you can cancel the transaction.   Or you can do that right away if you prefer.

Go to the dropdown arrow alongside the item on your orders page > Cancel order > Issue with buyer's delivery address, which is the nearest one to this situation as it's possible they are too far away to collect easily.   If they've paid the refund will be issued in the process.

If they haven't paid you can cancel due to non-payment after 4 days.

And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

Re: Collection

If they have not paid, make sure that after 4 days that is day 5 you cancel using reason “buyer has not paid”.

Buyer Gets an unpaid strike. Sellers can block  members with two or more unpaid strikes.

You should also add buyer to your Blocked bidders list.

If he has paid, cancellation will automatically refund.
