Collection not available - but customers keep turning up at the door!

We do not have click and collect / collection as a delivery option. Postage Only.

Customers keep turning up at tour door. How do we stop this??

How bizarre.  I looked at several of your items and it's definitely showing No collection available.

When you say customers in the plural,  how many are we talking about,   a few / dozens? 

Have you asked where they are seeing these items for sale, perhaps it's not on eBay,  do you have them listed on other websites?

You're even offering free postage, so I can't see any reason why you should have people turning up trying to collect.
